JDF-708 Series Medical Gauze Air Jet Loom

JDF-708 medical gauze air jet loom is innovated and developed based on existing advanced design to replace shuttle loom which has many short-comings as low efficiency,high failure rate,complex processes and much labor.This loom is suitable to weave 21-40 lines absorbent gauze(sizing free).High level automation electrical system can display working efficiency and production volume per shift.It can also set the machine into auto stop at certain production length.Advanced tuck in device makes the cloth in smooth selvage and increase the cloth quality.

It adopts electronic single nozzle weft feeder to increase the machine-start rate and save weft yarn.The main transmission parts are lubricated by oil-bathing and reduce the maintenance cost.Independent air supply reduces cost comparing with centralized air supply,furthermore it also reduces labor cost without inspection process and weft fall process.
